MARKETPLACE RULES
Terms and Conditions
Clear rules for wholesale buyers and sellers using GPU.OOO.
Last updated: 16 September 20261. Operator and acceptance
GPU.OOO is operated by GPU-PRIME LTD., company number 10395955, registered in England and Wales. By creating an account, publishing an offer, contacting a counterparty or using a transaction service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Wholesale marketplace
GPU.OOO is a business-focused marketplace for wholesale graphics-card trading. Sellers may list offers starting from 10 units. We use this minimum to reduce one-off fraudulent listings and keep the marketplace focused on established stockholders and bulk buyers.
3. Our role
We act as an intermediary connecting independent sellers and buyers. Unless expressly stated for a specific transaction, GPU-PRIME LTD. is not the seller, buyer, manufacturer, distributor or owner of listed goods. Sellers remain responsible for their stock, descriptions, title to goods, export status, invoices, warranties and fulfilment.
4. Seller obligations
A seller must provide accurate model, condition, quantity, location, price, tax and delivery information; disclose repairs, modifications and material defects; own the goods or have authority to sell them; and comply with applicable trade, customs, sanctions, consumer, product-safety and tax laws. Counterfeit, stolen, unlawfully modified or misrepresented goods are prohibited.
5. Buyer obligations
A buyer must provide accurate transaction and delivery details, have authority and funds to purchase, review the offer before committing, pay on time and inspect delivered goods within the period agreed for the transaction. A buyer must not make false non-delivery, defect or chargeback claims.
6. Advertising fees
We charge sellers for publishing or promoting commercial offers. The price, duration, placement and any renewal terms are shown or agreed before an advertisement is activated. Advertising fees are separate from transaction commission and are normally earned once the agreed placement has been supplied.
7. Seller commission
GPU.OOO charges the seller a commission of 2% to 5% on a completed sale originating through the marketplace. The exact rate is disclosed or agreed before the seller accepts the applicable service or transaction. Where GPU.OOO controls settlement, commission is deducted before the balance is released to the seller.
8. Protected transaction / escrow
Where offered and selected, the buyer deposits the agreed amount using the stated payment route. The seller dispatches only after funding is confirmed. After delivery, the buyer receives the agreed inspection period. Funds are released to the seller after buyer acceptance or expiry of that period, less agreed commission and charges. If a timely dispute is raised, release may be paused while evidence is reviewed.
Protected payment may be provided through an appointed payment or escrow provider where required. The transaction page or written deal confirmation will state the provider, currency, inspection period, evidence requirements, release conditions, refund rules and charges; those deal-specific terms take priority if they conflict with this general description.
9. Direct transactions are permitted
Buyers and sellers may transact directly. Use of GPU.OOO payment protection or escrow is optional unless both parties expressly select it for a particular deal. For direct transactions, the parties control payment, shipping, inspection and settlement, and accept the increased counterparty risk. Any advertising fee and marketplace-originated sale commission agreed with the seller still apply.
10. Inspection, disputes and refunds
Parties must preserve tracking, serial numbers, photographs, test results, invoices and communications. A dispute must be raised within the deal-specific inspection period. We may request evidence, propose a return, partial settlement or refund, and reject unsupported or abusive claims. GPU.OOO cannot reverse or guarantee a direct payment made outside the protected transaction route.
11. Verification and fraud controls
We may request company, identity, ownership, source-of-funds, inventory or transaction documents; delay publication or settlement while checks are completed; and reject, suspend or remove users, listings or transactions presenting fraud, sanctions, legal or security risk.
12. Availability and warranties
The marketplace and catalog are provided on an “as available” basis. Technical specifications and images are reference material and must be verified against the exact board model and seller offer. We do not guarantee that a listing will sell, that a counterparty will perform, or that third-party goods are fit for a particular purpose.
13. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law, GPU-PRIME LTD. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity or losses caused by an independent counterparty. Our aggregate liability relating to a service is limited to the fees paid to us for that service during the preceding 12 months.
14. Suspension and termination
We may refuse or suspend access, remove content, hold a transaction for review or terminate an account where these Terms are breached or where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform or comply with law. Outstanding fees, transaction duties and provisions intended to survive remain effective.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Before starting proceedings, parties should first attempt to resolve the matter through the transaction support process.
16. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as services develop. Material changes will be identified by a revised date and, where appropriate, notified to account holders. Questions may be sent through our Contact Us page.
